Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software features under guidance.
- Build user-facing applications, backend services, APIs, and internal tools.
- Develop responsive web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Create backend services and workflow automation primarily using Python and Go.
- Work with databases and real-time data to connect applications and operations.
- Contribute to platforms for fleet operations, simulation, and machine learning.
- Debug software issues to improve system reliability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, preferably Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to break down problems and deliver well-scoped work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
