Base Salary
$250k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers to understand their goals and technical constraints.
- Translate model capabilities into scoped use cases and working prototypes.
- Prototype rapidly through experiment-driven iteration with customers and teams.
- Design evaluations to assess model behavior and solution quality.
- Own the end-to-end execution of early access programs.
- Communicate risks and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders.
- Codify learnings into reusable playbooks for future deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience in customer-facing delivery and ownership of production systems.
- Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Practical AI and LLM experience, including model behavior reasoning.
- Strong product and customer judgment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes technical engagements.
- Excellent communication skills for complex ideas.
