Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP, Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build production-ready, secure, scalable, cloud-native AI applications and platforms.
- Fine-tune foundation models using LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Implement RAG pipelines, vector database solutions, embeddings, semantic search, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders.
- Perform model evaluation, optimization, explainability, and governance activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience in AI/ML solution development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on NLP experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience developing Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers, LlamaIndex, SmolAgents, OpenAI SDKs, and Anthropic APIs.
- Experience with model fine-tuning, LoRA, PEFT, prompt engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, model evaluation, optimization, explainability, and governance.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Knowledge of OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama, and Falcon models, as well as NER, text classification, summarization, question answering, information extraction, and conversational AI.
