Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs across retail and manufacturing and identify opportunities for AI-driven value.
- Facilitate process and systems mapping, value calculations, case studies, and technical application overviews during scoping workshops.
- Deliver narrative-driven and technical demonstrations of the end-to-end UiPath platform and applications.
- Support enterprise architecture proposals for technical stakeholders such as CIOs and CDOs.
- Create technical scoping documents covering scope, delivery timelines, configurations, and delivery plans.
- Research agentic AI technologies and recommend how they can address customer needs.
- Present commercial and technical information clearly to customers and team members.
- Provide customer feedback to support product and go-to-market evolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of AI Solution Engineering experience serving mid-market and enterprise businesses.
- Experience in a data analytics, digital, or SaaS business, or in the retail or manufacturing industries.
- Experience working cross-functionally to take products to market and shape sales strategy.
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations.
- Experience guiding customers through complex transformation and change management programs.
- Experience working within retail and supply chain environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing AI business.
