Base Salary
$170k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scope and spearhead AI augmentation and automation projects across the product surface area.
- Drive zero-to-one product development from conceptualization through production.
- Stay updated on emerging AI methods and drive decisions on model usage.
- Establish research strategies for various AI methods and evaluation protocols.
- Prototype and productionize AI functionality based on real-world feedback.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop engineering processes and tools to support faster AI product development.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
- Experience driving AI projects end-to-end from model development to production deployment.
- Proficiency with modern AI/ML technologies like LLM APIs, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in full-stack web development using Python, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals.
