Responsibilities
- Participate in software development from requirements gathering through final product delivery.
- Work on the ServiceNow ITSM module and platform integrations.
- Support the ServiceNow platform, development activities, business requirements, security, CMDB, and platform health and maintenance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Software Engineering.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an interest in IT service management tools and methodology.
- Be proactive, curious, professional, punctual, and appropriately conduct oneself in the workplace.
- Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors graduating between December 2027 and June 2029, though all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
