Responsibilities
- Partner with the Commercial Go-To-Market team to design and position 1Exiger solutions for complex enterprise risk and compliance challenges.
- Lead customer discussions and working sessions to understand priorities, define success, demonstrate value, and align platform capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Build credibility with business and technical stakeholders by focusing discussions on risk, impact, and results.
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales efforts involving Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Supply Chain teams.
- Provide customer and market feedback to Product and Innovation teams for consideration in the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting supporting enterprise sales.
- Experience working alongside sales teams, engaging client executives, and influencing enterprise software deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales processes.
- Background in supply chain risk management, third-party risk, or cyber-related risk is strongly preferred.
- Ability to discuss architecture, integrations, and data concepts at a high level and explain them clearly.
- Ability to adapt communication for senior executives and technical audiences.
