Responsibilities
- Lead Solution Design to position Exiger's 1Exiger solution for enterprise customers.
- Own the Technical Win by leading discussions to understand customer priorities and define success.
- Build credibility with stakeholders by focusing on risk, impact, and results.
- Support complex sales efforts involving multiple stakeholders.
- Provide market insights to Product and Innovation teams based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales and experience working with sales teams.
- Preferred background in supply chain risk management or cyber-related risk.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts at a high level and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills for adapting messages for senior executives and technical teams.
