Base Salary
$139k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions for Personal Insurance digital transformation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while promoting engineering best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical approaches and solution strategies.
- Drive code reviews, testing strategies, development standards, and resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Identify technical innovation, process improvement, and platform optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and architectural decisions for Salesforce implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge-sharing resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns is strongly preferred but not required.
- Expertise in database design, optimization, and complex data models.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineering teams, and making architectural decisions balancing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Salesforce.
- Experience leading technical projects from conception through production deployment.
