Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack Java enterprise software.
- Perform coding, root-cause analysis, performance improvements, and software validation through test-case design and execution.
- Automate software-validation processes and ensure code is error-free and compliant with project standards.
- Analyze software and hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements with engineering staff.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, project reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams on daily status, progress, delivery schedules, and release plans.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and gather feedback to support quality delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, and customer experience goals.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages, improve practices, and complete assigned certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise development skills.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system issues.
- Ability to develop test cases and automate software-validation processes.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, and code comments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Strong customer focus, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
