Responsibilities
- Create reusable collateral, solution patterns, and technical-strategy practices while mentoring others on customer engagement.
- Discover customer priorities and translate them into high-impact Agentic AI use cases during the enterprise sales cycle.
- Lead the design and execution of proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile’s platform.
- Build technical prototypes and demos that simulate production-grade integrations and workflows.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to design and build solutions in Taktile’s Agentic Decisioning Platform.
- Communicate implementation value and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Partner with Product Management to share competitive intelligence and prospect insights that inform the AI roadmap and positioning.
- Lead discovery for new use cases, implement them on the platform to assess product-solution fit, and share findings with Product and go-to-market teams.
- Partner with Sales to drive enterprise opportunities toward close.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in enterprise solutions or sales engineering within B2B SaaS, or in a senior technical consulting role, preferred.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and manage technical scopes for proofs of concept and technical evaluations while handling multiple high-stakes prospects.
- Proven experience supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals and addressing complex technical objections.
- Deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure and architecture, including extensive API knowledge, preferred.
- Experience building, tuning, or deploying ML models such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow in production, preferred.
- Experience with AI use cases in financial services and domain knowledge of banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments are strong advantages.
- Ability to explain model behavior to both technical stakeholders and financial-services domain experts.
- Willingness and ability to work from the London office at least three days per week.
