Base Salary
$250k - $367k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure resiliency efforts involving recovery mechanisms, tenant isolation, and load-spike handling.
- Improve observability and operability across the company’s systems.
- Build performance-critical, user-facing infrastructure, including real-time event processing.
- Plan scaling initiatives to support large customer growth.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure reliable product features.
- Mentor fellow engineers on observability, rollout strategies, risk mitigation, and best practices.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the infrastructure domain.
- Ability to investigate and debug complex errors and performance issues.
- Experience or aptitude for building scalable infrastructure for high-growth products.
- Strong understanding of edge cases, failure modes, bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.
- Ability to effectively mentor fellow engineers.
