Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build product features for remote development in self-hosted environments.
- Create and enhance open source projects that integrate with popular developer tools.
- Champion best practices to internal team members and external contributors.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams and partners for product integrations.
- Document design, implementation, and operations for team knowledge sharing.
- Support Coder’s enterprise user base alongside Customer Success teams.
- Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies to improve developer experiences.
- Rapidly iterate from prototype to implementation in a reactive team environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- 3+ years of full-stack experience in a professional setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in Go programming.
- Proficient in building distributed systems using Go.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-motivated with a creative and analytical mindset.
