Responsibilities

Own and rebuild the submission activation funnel end to end, including instrumentation, experimentation, and re-engagement for users who exit without submitting.
Identify and scale effective acquisition channels across lifecycle, SEO, AEO, paid advertising, and mobile ads.
Improve Alt’s visibility and ranking across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI assistants through agentic optimization.
Establish clean attribution and consolidate product analytics into a single source of truth.
Modernize messaging and deep-linking infrastructure to improve measurement.
Build instrumented lifecycle systems for push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and SMS, including SMS opt-in compliance.
Monitor marketplace balance across bidders, buyers, and sellers and build growth initiatives for the weaker side.
Partner with the founder and marketing lead while owning the growth engine and its north-star and secondary metrics.

5+ years of engineering experience.
Strong backend experience with Python, Postgres, and AWS or similar technologies.
Strong frontend experience with React, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience owning growth systems or product features from design through production.
Fluency with experimentation and A/B testing frameworks, product analytics such as PostHog or Amplitude, attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, and lifecycle platforms.
Ability to work with funnels, instrumentation, and messy data to create trustworthy signals.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including writing documentation, asking thoughtful questions, and giving feedback.
Familiarity with collectibles or alternative-asset marketplaces is a bonus.
