Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the activation funnel and rebuild it end to end.
- Scale acquisition channels and optimize those that work.
- Establish clean attribution and consolidate product analytics.
- Build lifecycle infrastructure for push, in-app, email, and SMS.
- Monitor and balance the marketplace dynamics between buyers and sellers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with backend and frontend skills.
- Proven track record of owning growth systems or product features.
- Fluency with growth tooling and analytics frameworks.
- Strong instinct for funnels and data instrumentation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Bonus: familiarity with collectibles or alternative asset marketplaces.
