Responsibilities
- Architect cloud solutions with customers and own the design and delivery of solution components.
- Evaluate trade-offs involving load distribution, data store selection, scaling strategy, and failover mechanisms.
- Collaborate with customer technical teams on design choices, best practices, use cases, opportunities, and risks.
- Apply best practices for security, reliability, cost optimization, operational excellence, and performance efficiency.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain technical content such as sample code, presentations, workshops, and blog posts.
- Partner with sales, business development, and engineering teams to progress customer opportunities and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one of Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++.
- Experience with at least two of networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases, and operating systems.
- Preferred: experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution.
- Preferred: experience in cloud architecture, systems design, software development, infrastructure architecture, data engineering, or DevOps.
