Responsibilities
- Manage and operate large-scale production AI infrastructure across bare-metal and cloud environments.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting during outages or performance degradations and restore services promptly.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues involving multiple vendors.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive product and operational improvements.
- Configure, customize, and extend logging and monitoring tools.
- Contribute to infrastructure automation, Infrastructure-as-Code practices, operational documentation, and the knowledge base.
- Collaborate across regions and time zones to provide continuous operational coverage, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and operating large-scale production systems in bare-metal and/or cloud environments.
- Solid working knowledge of Kubernetes with strong demonstrable troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Experience with infrastructure automation technologies and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends and holidays.
- Preferred experience includes building, scaling, and operating High-Performance Computing environments and large-scale Kubernetes platforms in production.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with NVIDIA GPU technologies and software and proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
