Responsibilities
- Design and implement performant, maintainable web applications using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node/FastAPI/Go.
- Build and operate distributed backends with Postgres, Redis, and task queues.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code deployments using Terraform or CDK on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and incident-response workflows.
- Collaborate with product and robotics teams to integrate data, telemetry, and control interfaces.
- Build customer-facing and internal tools.
- Own and maintain the cloud and infrastructure layer for scalable applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- U.S. permanent residency is required.
- Experience developing full-stack web applications and backend APIs.
- Experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node/FastAPI/Go, Postgres, Redis, and queues.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud deployments using Terraform or CDK on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred experience with GitHub Actions, Argo, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Sentry, and iOS or Android app development.
- Ability to work in an early-stage startup environment with long days and six-day workweeks.
