Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of agentic systems.
- Build and ship production-quality solutions addressing efficiency and automation problems.
- Participate in the full delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Use AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflow.
- Engage with testing and validation approaches for adaptive systems.
- Create clean, testable, maintainable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews as both a reviewer and a recipient.
- Engage actively in design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Take feedback seriously and apply it quickly.
- Contribute to the growth of core team values.
Requirements
- Solid foundational knowledge of software engineering principles.
- Ability to build and deliver working solutions in at least one programming language.
- Understanding of APIs, basic cloud concepts, and modern software delivery practices.
- Genuine familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Curiosity about agentic systems and AI's role in multi-step workflows.
- Ability to engage with ambiguous problems and propose reasonable approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and independently.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Evidence of intellectual curiosity beyond formal education.
- Engagement with the problem before the solution.
