Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and own major components of an agentic AI platform for discovering, planning, and executing data center migrations.
  • Implement multi-agent capabilities using foundation models, chain-of-thought reasoning, and tool-use patterns.
  • Develop generative AI features that analyze, replicate, and optimize enterprise network topologies.
  • Improve agent orchestration, autonomy, and accuracy for migrating servers, storage, networks, and applications.
  • Participate in design reviews, maintain architectural coherence, conduct testing and measurement, and contribute to code reviews and operational excellence.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns and support rapid experimentation and high-velocity releases on Brownfield projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
