Base Salary
$75k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and triage technical issues within the JUDI tech stack.
- Monitor and analyze system logs to validate application functionality.
- Utilize SQL to query and analyze data within the JUDI database.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on AWS service support.
- Translate business requirements into actionable test requirements and plans.
- Conduct thorough QA tasks, including testing and bug identification.
- Partner with the scrum team to manage backlogs and refine tickets.
- Assist with UAT testing and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and report noncompliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a QA Analyst, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or related role.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong SQL experience; familiarity with SQLAlchemy preferred.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
- Experience with GitHub or similar source control repositories.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
