Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and write production code.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer-impacting technical issues and drive resolutions.
- Design and deploy tools to enhance the effectiveness of customer experience teams.
- Advocate for customer needs and influence product development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in building production web applications.
- Full-stack engineering skills with proficiency in backend (Ruby on Rails preferred) and frontend (React/TypeScript).
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Positive attitude that aligns with the company's ethos of delivering delight.
