Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design architectures and security frameworks for autonomous agents and adapt enterprise access controls to complex compliance requirements.
- Translate strategy into technical roadmaps, project plans, and production services and controls.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Security Architects, and Google Cloud engineering teams on access solutions.
- Align platform roadmap strategy with senior technical leaders and guide products from concept through global launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of software development experience.
- Five years of experience building software for data privacy or security, such as identity and access management.
- Three years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: eight years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience designing or implementing access controls and security guardrails for AI agents, including tool-use policies, runtime sandboxing, or autonomous workflow governance.
- Experience building or governing systems focused on agentic access, safety, and compliance.
