Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and delivery of client engagements while multiplying the effectiveness of surrounding engineers.
- Design, implement, deliver, and test innovative iOS applications using Swift and native iOS development tools.
- Guide system architecture, technical decisions, software development practices, and adoption of new technologies.
- Collaborate with clients, leadership, product owners, designers, technologists, and users to deliver software aligned with business priorities.
- Break down complex problems into elegant technical solutions and proactively address delivery risks.
- Mentor engineers so they become more autonomous, capable, and effective.
- Help the team responsibly adopt AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and code quality.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience designing and building complex commercial-grade software systems, including 4+ years leading Agile teams.
- Proficiency in Swift and native iOS development tools including SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Experience in consumer banking, including account management and onboarding.
- Familiarity with third-party library integrations and mobile application development practices.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: experience with fraud management, KYC, AML, regulatory reporting, on-device biometrics, App Store application releases, AppConfig community standards, and enterprise app distribution.
- A college degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is a bonus qualification.
