Base Salary
$176k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
- Support customer onboarding, license and entitlements management, customer operations, and offboarding workflows.
- Integrate with internal systems and external Sales and Support systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers or take on leadership responsibilities as appropriate.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Understanding of distributed systems and API-based services.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred senior-level qualifications include Docker and Kubernetes experience, knowledge of DevOps practices, exposure to large-scale data processing or event-driven architectures, and leadership or mentoring experience.
