Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software architecture for embedded Qt-based applications.
- Develop system designs, APIs, interface specifications, and architecture documentation.
- Create scalable and modular frameworks for complex embedded systems.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional software engineering team through technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight.
- Define technical strategy and evaluate design trade-offs against long-term product goals.
- Integrate software and hardware components into embedded Linux environments.
- Architect integration with hardware abstraction layers, backend engines, and system services.
- Establish testing strategies covering unit, integration, UI, and automated validation.
- Support build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and OTA update systems.
- Optimize system robustness, resource efficiency, performance, and inter-component communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with C++, Qt/QML, and full-stack embedded application development.
- Strong embedded Linux development background, including experience with Yocto, Buildroot, or custom Linux.
- Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.
- Ability to produce maintainable software architectures and design artifacts.
- Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
