Responsibilities
- Implement software solutions using design patterns, industry best practices, and ARC architecture and development standards.
- Develop and enhance full-stack applications across front-end interfaces, server-side applications, and database queries.
- Partner with Product Owners, Solution Owners, business SMEs, and technical resources to define and deliver sustainable technical solutions.
- Analyze business needs, define functional and technical requirements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Support product delivery, maintain product portfolio components, and share technical knowledge with stakeholders.
- Stay current with development tools, technologies, patterns, and methodologies and communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, with equivalent experience considered.
- At least 3 years of application programming experience across front-end user interfaces, server-side applications, database queries, and the full software development lifecycle.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle application development experience, including design, development, and delivery.
- At least 1 year of experience with Agile, Scrum, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- At least 2 years of software development experience with AWS services, microservices, containerized architectures, Node.js, Python, Java, and React.
- Working knowledge of integrating AI and LLM APIs into production applications, including RAG, vector databases, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor IDE.
- Ability to define functional requirements, translate them into technical requirements, and create solution definitions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
