Base Salary

$160k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and explore new agentic AI products and ideas within founding incubator teams.
Develop broad full-stack or backend-focused software using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Help shape technology decisions and determine the team’s technical direction.
Work entrepreneurially on 0-to-1 initiatives to expand access to healthcare.
Collaborate with teams in the office and participate in technical assessment, systems design, behavioral interviews, and team activities.

At least 2–3 years of broad software engineering experience.
Full-stack or backend-focused engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience working at seed stage as a cofounder or early engineer.
Experience or interest in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Entrepreneurial, scrappy approach and enthusiasm for agentic AI and 0-to-1 product development.
