Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical strategy for implementing and extending enterprise-scale Salesforce managed packages.
- Optimize Salesforce Leankor workflows and project-management extensions using its Kanban, Gantt, and Resource Management components.
- Develop Apex triggers, controllers, and batch processes and build Lightning Web Components that integrate with managed-package objects and metadata.
- Plan and execute managed-package upgrades, including impact analysis for custom triggers, overrides, and integrations.
- Manage Salesforce namespace governance, naming conventions, error handling, and compatibility across managed and unmanaged code.
- Customize user interfaces using Field Sets, Custom Settings, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design data relationships among standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, managed-package entities, and Salesforce Field Service Work Orders.
- Support CI/CD deployments involving managed-package dependencies across sandbox environments using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Deep Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, managed-package architecture, namespace management, package upgrades, and enterprise data modeling.
- Leankor experience is preferred, including familiarity with its Kanban, Gantt, Resource Management, Project Setup, and Board capabilities.
- Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (Oracle Cloud) certification.
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I certification.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX is required for the deployment responsibilities.
