Responsibilities
- Design and evangelize best practices for building AI agents.
- Drive standards and tooling for agent quality, including evaluation frameworks, test suites, and benchmark creation.
- Partner with internal teams to identify product opportunities and build supporting tooling.
- Collaborate with data platform and identity access management teams on AI agent governance.
- Stay current with emerging agent techniques, tools, and best practices, particularly agent architectures and tool calling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying backend, infrastructure, and/or machine learning systems in production environments.
- Recent experience and enthusiasm for building with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude SDK, Google ADK, or similar.
- Advanced software engineering skills, including distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build tooling and evangelize its adoption within a medium-large organization.
- Passion for building reliable, performant AI systems and understanding how they create value for end users.
- U.S. Person status is required because the position requires access to U.S.-only data systems.
