Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and drive sustained customer usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
- Use prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to define reusable AI reference architectures and delivery patterns.
- Coordinate specialist teams, resolve escalated technical blockers, and own architecture for engagements involving significant business, security, or regulatory risk.
- Advise business, technical, senior, and executive stakeholders in complex customer engagements.
- Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Mentor and coach architects, lead readiness and skilling sessions, and contribute reusable intellectual property.
- Share customer insights and maintain technical readiness aligned with Customer Success Unit priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience in a customer-facing role advising senior or executive stakeholders is preferred.
- Experience leading complex, multi-workload technical architectures end to end and mentoring architects or engineers is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Cowork and agent development, such as Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph connectors, and Azure AI services is preferred.
- Personal security clearance is required because the portfolio includes public-sector, defence, and critical-infrastructure customers.
