Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML, generative AI, agent-based, and machine learning solutions for a fintech platform.
Design data models, architect data pipelines, and develop scalable machine learning and data-processing workflows.
Build and integrate an agentic framework for financial advisors supporting autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution.
Develop OCR capabilities and integrate OCR with vector databases and Retrieval Augmented Generation systems.
Build, test, monitor, and scale AI models and production AI/ML systems across cloud platforms.
Champion MLOps practices and collaborate with DevOps teams on machine learning model delivery and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship, lead knowledge sharing, and stay current with AI/ML research and best practices.

At least 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
Hands-on experience building or supporting a commercial product that is already in production.
In-depth knowledge of generative AI, agent-based systems, machine learning models, and prompting techniques.
Practical experience with OCR technologies, vector databases, and Retrieval Augmented Generation.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Advanced degree, such as a Master’s or PhD, in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
Experience in financial technology, particularly structured products or annuities, is expected.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and innovation skills.
AWS experience, especially with SageMaker and Bedrock, and open-source contribution experience are preferred.
