Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex software applications for improved performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes.
- Participate independently in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Continuously update technical skills and knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software applications.
- Experience with Japanese language is desirable.
