Responsibilities
- Write and ship innovative product features.
- Perform code reviews and improve team code quality and productivity.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to developers.
- Coach developers on work prioritization and work-related challenges.
- Act as an information channel between the team and the broader organization.
- Advocate for and execute development initiatives, best practices, and coding standards.
- Take ownership of identifying and driving needed work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, predominantly focused on backend systems.
- Exposure to frontend development within a backend-focused full-stack role.
- Good understanding of algorithms and computational complexity.
- Experience writing software on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud environments.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a scrum, lean, or agile environment.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic about collaborative software development.
- Interest and experience in coaching, mentoring, and helping developers grow.
Benefits
- Base salary range of 2,139,184 - 2,894,190 INR.
- In-office role based in Pune; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Pune.
- Individual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education, with potential compensation growth as the employee progresses.
