Responsibilities

Write and ship innovative product features.
Perform code reviews and improve team code quality and productivity.
Provide mentorship and guidance to developers.
Coach developers on work prioritization and work-related challenges.
Act as an information channel between the team and the broader organization.
Advocate for and execute development initiatives, best practices, and coding standards.
Take ownership of identifying and driving needed work.

5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, predominantly focused on backend systems.
Exposure to frontend development within a backend-focused full-stack role.
Good understanding of algorithms and computational complexity.
Experience writing software on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud environments.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in a scrum, lean, or agile environment.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic about collaborative software development.
Interest and experience in coaching, mentoring, and helping developers grow.

Base salary range of 2,139,184 - 2,894,190 INR.
In-office role based in Pune; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Pune.
Individual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education, with potential compensation growth as the employee progresses.
