Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize DevOps tools for client requirements.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between software releases, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in a DevOps environment.
- Support internal and external customers, resolve tool-related tickets within required turnaround times, and perform root cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill in Cloud Engineering.
- Experience with DevOps pipeline planning, automation, infrastructure management, tool configuration, troubleshooting, and customer support.
