Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, configure, customize, and administer Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Develop Teamcenter workflows, business objects, forms, reports, business rules, access controls, preferences, and data models.
- Build and support Teamcenter integrations with CAD systems and other enterprise systems using ITK, SOA, REST services, web services, and Teamcenter APIs.
- Configure and customize Active Workspace, including XRTs, commands, panels, widgets, and declarative development components.
- Support data migration, bulk data loads, data quality initiatives, system upgrades, patching, and platform modernization.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide application support.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create technical documentation, configuration documents, and deployment procedures.
- Follow software development practices including code reviews, testing, and source control management.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, engineering teams, and IT stakeholders on PLM improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter configuration, customization, and administration, including BMIDE.
- Strong experience configuring and customizing Active Workspace and developing Teamcenter server-side extensions with ITK.
- Experience developing and consuming Teamcenter SOA services, REST APIs, and web services.
- Strong experience with Teamcenter workflows, handlers, business rules, access controls, preferences, and administration.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle Database.
- Hands-on experience with Java, C++, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, and Git or another version-control system.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Preferred experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, Active Workspace declarative development, T4EA, product structure, change management, classification, BOM management, manufacturing, engineering change management, and product development processes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
