Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and code-quality expectations.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Design solutions that support scalability, maintainability, performance, and high availability.
- Coordinate communication and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior professionals and support their technical growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), and RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
