Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize technical vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution for the role’s platform domain.
- Lead the modernization of monolithic systems into microservice architectures and event-driven platforms.
- Drive development of CI/CD pipelines, AI-augmented developer tooling, and Intent-Driven Infrastructure.
- Ensure the quality, performance, scalability, operability, security, and implementation of technical designs.
- Define long-term platform strategy, API standards, coding standards, and design practices with engineering and architecture leaders.
- Lead cross-divisional projects and architectural reviews while balancing hands-on technical contribution with mentoring.
- Create technical communications, code samples, blog posts, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Mentor engineers, coach technical communities, and support professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing, and data architecture.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and 10+ years of experience in the listed architecture, cloud, web technology, distributed systems, and data architecture areas.
- 10+ years of professional coding experience with languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
- 8+ years designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
- 8+ years working with containerization and microservices orchestration in cloud-native environments.
- 6+ years designing Intent-Driven Infrastructure or declarative configuration platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in AI-augmented software development using AI coding assistant tools and Spec Driven Development.
- 10+ years of professional experience across the full system development lifecycle.
- 5+ years mentoring senior engineers and driving professional development within technical teams.
- 2+ years leading cross-domain architectural reviews and establishing coding and design standards.
- Expertise in applying agentic AI coding tools to systemic development challenges.
