Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Content and Template management systems.
- Create, update, and manage templates while advising end users.
- Translate business, user, and clinical needs into clear product requirements.
- Produce deliverables such as flow diagrams and prototypes for quick feedback.
- Specify, prioritize, and communicate requirements following agile methodology.
- Evangelize products across the organization and ensure positive impact.
- Build confidence with business partners by adding value to discussions.
- Collaborate with teams to assess value, usability, and feasibility of product features.
- Aid in creating and communicating product roadmap and delivery schedules.
- Incorporate quality focus into product design and collaborate with QA teams.
- Solicit customer feedback and funnel new requirements into development.
- Own and prioritize a feature backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
- Develop strong hands-on technical knowledge of software products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BS or higher in a related major or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years of direct experience with software product management.
- Experience with Content Management and Content Repositories.
- Experience with third-party software integration.
- Experience in creating commercial software product requirements.
- Knowledge of API requirements, software product requirements, and technical design.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.
- Comfortable leading meetings and negotiating functionality with business partners.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation.
- Strong problem comprehension and solution proposal abilities.
