Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Content and Template management systems.
  • Create, update, and manage templates while advising end users.
  • Translate business, user, and clinical needs into clear product requirements.
  • Produce deliverables such as flow diagrams and prototypes for quick feedback.
  • Specify, prioritize, and communicate requirements following agile methodology.
  • Evangelize products across the organization and ensure positive impact.
  • Build confidence with business partners by adding value to discussions.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess value, usability, and feasibility of product features.
  • Aid in creating and communicating product roadmap and delivery schedules.
  • Incorporate quality focus into product design and collaborate with QA teams.
  • Solicit customer feedback and funnel new requirements into development.
  • Own and prioritize a feature backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
  • Develop strong hands-on technical knowledge of software products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BS or higher in a related major or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of direct experience with software product management.
  • Experience with Content Management and Content Repositories.
  • Experience with third-party software integration.
  • Experience in creating commercial software product requirements.
  • Knowledge of API requirements, software product requirements, and technical design.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and negotiating functionality with business partners.
  • Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation.
  • Strong problem comprehension and solution proposal abilities.
