Responsibilities
- Respond to and triage production alerts and incidents using established runbooks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform deployments, configuration changes, system maintenance, and other operational tasks through established change-control processes.
- Automate repetitive operational work using Python, Go, Bash, and AI Agents.
- Improve monitoring dashboards, alert thresholds, instrumentation, and overall observability.
- Support the operation, construction, and maintenance of data center environments and AI infrastructure.
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, change management, and post-incident reviews across multiple time zones.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn, proactive problem-solving attitude, and excellent communication skills are preferred.
- Experience operating or constructing data centers is a plus.
