Responsibilities

Support production and the continuous operation of the manufacturing execution system.
Diagnose and resolve system and production issues on the plant floor.
Design systems, processes, and control systems to minimize production issues and project costs.
Support implementation, user training, and system issue tracking.
Customize the MES tool and develop production and design standards according to business needs.
Work with the Manufacturing Engineering Team and learn manufacturing production processes.

Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an IT-related field.
0–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Python is desired.
Experience with at least one coding language is preferred.
Database experience is preferred.
Knowledge of application tools and techniques.
Proficiency with Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and PowerPoint.
Strong critical thinking, business acumen, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn processes, procedures, and software quickly and work effectively under pressure and tight schedules.

Full-time permanent employees accrue 10 personal days and 10 vacation days during the calendar year.
