Responsibilities
- Support production and the continuous operation of the manufacturing execution system.
- Diagnose and resolve system and production issues on the plant floor.
- Design systems, processes, and control systems to minimize production issues and project costs.
- Support implementation, user training, and system issue tracking.
- Customize the MES tool and develop production and design standards according to business needs.
- Work with the Manufacturing Engineering Team and learn manufacturing production processes.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an IT-related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Python is desired.
- Experience with at least one coding language is preferred.
- Database experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of application tools and techniques.
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking, business acumen, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn processes, procedures, and software quickly and work effectively under pressure and tight schedules.
