Responsibilities
- Translate customer questions into concrete AI use cases and development tasks.
- Develop Generative AI solutions using large language models, prompts, and proprietary data sources.
- Build RAG and agentic AI applications.
- Test and improve answers, agent behavior, reliability, and resistance to errors and hallucinations.
- Integrate AI solutions into applications and business processes through APIs.
- Monitor, optimize, and further develop solutions after they go live.
- Explain technical choices, contributions, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hbo- or wo-level working and thinking capability with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience developing or contributing to AI solutions.
- Knowledge of machine learning, large language models, and software engineering, including experience with prompt engineering.
- Ability to program in Python and write, test, document, and maintain code.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data processing, and modern data and cloud environments, with an interest in MLOps and deployment.
- Strong Dutch language proficiency in speech and writing at C1 level.
- Curiosity, communication skills, ownership, and openness to feedback.
