Responsibilities
- Build high-performance, scalable Python backend systems supporting core trading infrastructure.
- Design and maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code across a microservice ecosystem.
- Evolve event-driven architecture to support future system growth.
- Develop pricing, hedging, asset management, exchange integration, price charting, and leveraged crypto product capabilities.
- Solve complex cross-domain challenges across crypto, stocks, metals, ETFs, and fiat currencies.
- Deliver software that supports critical business functions across the company.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on Python development experience in product-driven environments.
- Experience building real-world, scalable systems.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- Ability to design fast, reliable APIs using FastAPI.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Kafka or ZeroMQ.
- Experience with AWS is preferred.
- Interest or experience in crypto, blockchain, or stock markets is preferred.
