Base Salary
$210k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance OMS features across Java backend and frontend components.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold code quality, usability, and performance standards.
- Optimize backend and frontend application performance for scalability and low latency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems in a financial trading environment.
- Contribute to feature planning, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Full-stack engineering experience.
- Knowledge of the financial trading ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
