Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support EBIP data integration pipelines using Informatica IICS, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, Unix scripting, Control-M, and related tools.
- Develop mappings, mapping tasks, task flows, parameterized jobs, reusable components, validation logic, and technical documentation.
- Configure and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway for secure file exchange with internal applications, external partners, vendors, payment networks, and downstream systems.
- Manage Sterling partner onboarding, mailbox setup, routing channels, business processes, maps, certificates, protocols, and secure file-transfer workflows.
- Analyze requirements, interface specifications, data flows, file layouts, transformation rules, and reconciliation needs to create scalable integration solutions.
- Perform unit testing, system testing support, defect resolution, deployment support, production validation, and post-production monitoring.
- Investigate production incidents involving batch failures, file transfers, mappings, data mismatches, connectivity, certificates, and performance.
- Prepare technical designs, mapping specifications, runbooks, implementation plans, test evidence, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, application, testing, security, infrastructure, database, vendor, and production support teams.
- Implement secure data exchange using encryption, decryption, PGP/GPG, SSL/TLS, SSH keys, certificates, authentication, auditability, and banking security standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, technical walkthroughs, code reviews, and delivery reporting.
- Improve monitoring, automation, alerting, error handling, operational stability, documentation, and production support processes.
Requirements
- Experienced hands-on background in enterprise data integration, Informatica IICS, Informatica PowerCenter, ETL development, mappings, workflows, task flows, parameter files, reusable transformations, and cloud or on-premise integration.
- Strong experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling maps, business processes, mailboxes, partner profiles, routing channels, envelopes, adapters, services, and protocols.
- Understanding of EBIP, EIG, batch integration, enterprise data movement, file-based integrations, data warehousing, source-to-target mapping, data lineage, reconciliation, and operational controls.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, DB2, or similar databases, including complex queries, joins, validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Unix or Linux shell scripting for automation, file handling, job execution, validation, monitoring, and operational support.
- Experience with Control-M or similar enterprise schedulers, including dependencies, job monitoring, restarts, failure analysis, and SLA management.
- Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, AS2, Connect:Direct, MQ, PGP/GPG, SSL/TLS, SSH keys, certificates, encryption, decryption, and secure authentication.
- Experience with flat files, CSV, XML, EDI, fixed-width files, delimited files, payment files, SWIFT-related formats, ISO formats, ACH/NACHA, and banking-specific layouts.
- Experience with Git or Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, code migration, environment promotion, change management, implementation planning, and production deployment support.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, SQL Developer, DBeaver, Putty, WinSCP, and monitoring dashboards.
