Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that extract structured signals from resumes, score leads, screen candidates, and automate recruiting outreach.
- Automate customer security workflows, compliance responses, questionnaire generation, contract review, and audit-readiness processes.
- Build accounts receivable, finance-email, enterprise onboarding, account setup, and other operational automation tools.
- Integrate CRM and internal systems through APIs and workflow automation platforms.
- Design LLM-powered systems using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other models.
- Build HubSpot and Lark automations for sales and marketing efficiency, customer lifecycle engagement, website personalization, advertising content, and outbound email.
- Work directly with company founders across product, engineering, GTM, operations, and AI systems to address high-priority opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of startup experience.
- Strong backend, full-stack, or systems engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents in production.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and operations in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and preference for building systems with real-world impact.
