Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack features and automation solutions.
- Refactor, optimize, and extend codebases and automation scripts for maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Define and improve coding standards, operational processes, and engineering best practices.
- Lead code reviews, set quality expectations, mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, and share technical knowledge.
- Ensure testing and documentation across owned areas.
- Own incident management, CI/CD pipelines, operational support, root-cause analysis, and prevention initiatives.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture and long-term technical direction.
- Break down initiatives, provide estimates, communicate progress and risks, and handle complex incidents as an escalation point.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, REST API design, and automation.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, data structures, and system design fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Git, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience improving code quality, test coverage, and development processes.
- Strong communication, mentoring, structured feedback, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
