Responsibilities
- Develop agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Build RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector search, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code and implement unit tests, integration tests, offline and online evaluations, and red-team scenarios.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate work, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of Java full stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
