Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Lead AI-driven solution design using generative AI and agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks while aligning AI capabilities with business objectives and responsible-use principles.
- Perform independently, become a subject-matter expert, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Support development and implementation of application-support best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot applications, use monitoring tools, optimize performance, and document technical processes and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
