Responsibilities

Implement scalable and secure Google Cloud Platform infrastructure aligned with technical designs and business requirements.
Develop CI/CD pipelines, IaC versioning, and change-control workflows.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with reusable Terraform modules.
Monitor cloud performance, reliability, and cost using GCP-native tools.
Apply security best practices involving IAM, VPC, encryption, and audit logging.
Troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents.
Maintain disaster recovery plans, backups, and high-availability configurations.
Support incident resolution and ensure infrastructure meets SLO/SLA expectations.
Maintain high-quality infrastructure documentation and runbooks.

At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of GCP and Azure networking, IAM, storage, and monitoring.
Experience working in distributed or remote teams and using Jira, GitHub, Miro, and Azure DevOps.
Experience working in a global, multicultural organization.
Experience with observability tools such as Sentry and Lighthouse.
Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment and drive change in larger organizations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organization, mindfulness, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
A four-year technical bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
GCP certifications such as Professional Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer are a plus.
