Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of secure, high-throughput IAM systems.
- Define the roadmap for migrating legacy authentication systems to modern architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Set standards for engineering excellence through code reviews and mentoring.
- Oversee the reliability of the platform under constant load.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and managing software applications at scale.
- Deep understanding of IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) and security implications.
- Experience with Active Directory and implementing federation protocols.
- Proven track record in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Go, Java, TypeScript, or Rust.
