Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom software components aligned with project goals.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Talend ETL data integration workflows.
- Support data extraction, transformation, loading, scripting, and ETL pipeline automation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate project improvements.
- Monitor project progress and improve team productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Talend ETL is required.
- Proficiency in Talend ETL and experience designing and developing data integration workflows are required.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, extraction, and loading processes is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability is required.
- Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts is required.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation for ETL pipeline management is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
